With the news of cultural center in Bamyan, the hopes for real and sustainable tourism development arises. This is not the first ever infrastructure development project by the government of Korea as Bamyan center – Band-e-Amir – Yakawolang road was another project of high value for the people of Hazarajat. The project shortened the distances and contributes to the increas number of visitors to Band-e-Amir National Park. 

UNESCO has announced the Cultural Center design contest, which is yet another great marketing strategy creating greater national and international interests. This will further appeal the cultural tourism development investors and those of other infrastructure development investment. Sure enough, there will be greater job opporunities for both local communities and those from the exterior. The almost 4 minutes video showcases the cultural magnificance, the historical uniquness and picturesque natural beauty of Bamyan.
