The Wonderland

God has created people of different thoughts with varying life styles and attitudes towards themselves and rest of the world. We all dwell in our worlds of mystery and hallucination painting those thoughts with different colors leading us to act and live through. Our experiences shape our being and help us learn whether our day life is worth living or otherwise. But we all can make the difference and do something worth it for the entire globe as it is the home not just to people of high virtue and caliber but of those whom the world calls a mere waste!
The flowers of different colors add to the beauty of the garden, the symphony of rainbow, stars, sun and moon embrace the earth; the unanimity of sunshine, snowfall, hail and rain, shower the blessings of the creator; the cosmic seas, the flowing streams, the green forests, the extensive dry deserts and green fields all speak volumes of the masterpiece creativity of our creator whose vision of making the world look beautiful through differing spectacles, eased for the mankind to live in our own.
Have you ever noticed children enjoying their games more than who they play with and what community their game mates represent? They know not their social status, their language and most of all their thoughts in head, but know only the pleasure of their game. Not only do they enjoy their ignorance of modern day’s games of tricks, but also they enjoy their innocence of making each other cry and then laugh and to make each moment worth living.
Have you ever been to a gathering of elderly people, for whom the importance of careful ears, the adorable & affectionate look, the caring words, the warm hugs count more than a packet of some money sent from abroad by their sons or else? No matter who they are along with, they share their youthful bravery, their tiresome struggles, the love they made and the life they made for their loving ones. Being with the men of their age & thoughts, they are unaware of criticisms, hatred and clashes of thoughts, but know only the value of the companionship they enjoy.
Have you ever been to the fields where reptiles, mammals and birds enjoy the food they get, the air they breathe and the togetherness they take the pleasure from? They walk extended ways with the hope to finding a land of their survival. Once they get to it, they enjoy and let others enjoy. This is the system of nature.
However, man of today voids those features and blessings of living together with his fellow beings. Humans’ wisdom and aspiration of ruling the world; being above all have restrained the spread of love, fraternity and harmony of the nature. Have you been to zoo, where animals are kept separately because they are thought to harm each other and make life difficult for themselves and the rest? Similarly, we are living in a zoo, where our personal gains are first than our collective lifestyle, where our approach of surpassing one another has become our virtue and where death is the only gift we offer on our racial, tribal and ethnic discrimination. What is the difference between our world and large oceans, where tiny fish are always the prey of larger ones? What is the difference between us and the insects that get food from the tiny ones? If people of low class, thoughts, culture, and social status did not live, how would we differentiate the better, the superior with worse and inferior?
Afghanistan having been the victim of foreign invasions, civil war, insurgency and both natural & human calamities, could barely experience harmony and national solidarity. After the collapse of Taliban regime and the establishment of democratic government, the country experiences multicultural arena, where people practice their own life norms, but the ethnic, racial and religious bigotry are deep rooted within every Afghan; however, the dawn of new hope to emerge on the motherland is what we all pray for. Last night while sitting around the people with the ethnic, racial and religious differences, my mind doubted if or not we can enjoy living together without any other identity but only MANKIND!

YES, we can for which we ought to do nothing but only let others live their way and let the creator decide what our birth is meant to be. The world, blended with the multicultural and multilingual people has been a dream of nations, where people with racial, ethnic, national & religious differences reside, but to bridge the widening gaps we must struggle against our ill thoughts and wishes of owning the world by our own, no matter if the entire mankind is inflicted. That is the dream many of us want to see it coming true, which needs both personal and collective efforts to materialize it and make this world our wonderland!
